The client is a practicing physician from country X who, in his spare time, is engaged in oil trading. Having decided to enter the UAE market, he approached us for a turnkey business setup — from company registration and licensing to marketing and operational management. Due to heavy commitments in his primary profession, the client requested a turnkey solution covering everything from company licensing to marketing.
CLIENT OBJECTIVES:
1. Company registration in Mainland UAE.
2. Obtaining approvals from government authorities relevant to oil trading activities.
3. Leasing/finding a physical office that meets regulator requirements and suits the planned number of employees.
4. Recruiting key staff and establishing a management system.
5. Obtaining UAE residency for the founders and the company’s employees.

RESULTS OF OUR WORK:
- As a result of our efforts, the client has been successfully operating in the UAE market for approximately three years and is preparing to expand into new markets of the Persian Gulf region, including plans to open a branch in Saudi Arabia.
- Necessary approvals from government authorities for operations were obtained, including confirmations related to safety and logistics.
- A suitable office was located and leased, and a logistics network was established; contracts were negotiated and signed with suppliers and logistics partners.
